Pin, yeah.. consider a good news for resident there.
But this station just temporary only for express bus.
This developer will going to build up a one-stop transportation hub for bus, taxi, railway and LRT(still in proposall), as well as the shopping mall, hotels, apartments and shop lots.
Simplify it, this area going to be a new Town at Northern region.

This bus station just a temporary station only. They will build it more better central hub for the transportation.
