Thaipusum Festival, Penang @ 31st Jan 2007
This is my first time really step into this festival to see thousands of the Indian celebrate their Thaipusum Festival at Penang.
About 8.30pm, I fetch my wife to work(of course I need to work, just purposely clear leave and go for this function) and park my car at weld quay. Start follow the indian prayer to datuk keramat road. Uncountable coconuts was place at the middle of th road were ready to break when the god going to pass by. Can’t imagine the whole street was flood with coconut oil. Of course, I and my camera were swet as well. haha..
